It’s been said that “your daily habits determine your success”. What daily habits do you have? Take a look at your daily habits, what do you do consistently, habitually without even thinking about it? Is it a good habit that helps you, encourages you and takes you closer to a goal? Or is it the opposite?

Whatever habits that you have which take you away from what you want to achieve, these are the ones to change. DECIDE to start new habits.. Don’t do too much at once, it’s hard to make huge changes.. but a small change can make a massive difference. Maybe it’s something as simple as cutting out sweets in your diet or deciding to walk to the station instead of get a bus. Perhaps it’s something as simple as setting an alarm on your phone to remind you to make that prospecting call or making yourself daily accountable to someone. maybe its fitness gaol and you want to run a marathon. The first step is is put on your trainers right!? The next day put them on a leave your house, the next walk round the block and so on… every little thing you do more than you did yesterday is progress until eventually you just get used to doing it, it becomes a habit. Focus on the progress not the results and you will form new habits.

Try setting just one habit every month, after twelve months it’s amazing how much you can accomplish with 12 daily good habits!! As a good friend of mine says “ the one with the most good habits wins”
